Yes, but measure first & make sure that they will be at least 1mm above min spec AFTER the re-surfacing job.

can i take them to anyone that does resurfacing? or is somthing special; i can just bring the rotors?

Yes, any good machine shop should be able to re-surface them. Just the rotors.
