Trouble removing M104 head

I'm removing the head on my 1994 E320 but I can't figure out how to get the timing chain off the cam sprockets. The picture shows what I've removed so far (out of shot, the chain tensioner is off). What have I missed?

timing chain

you need to mark the chain and sprocket and remove the exhaust cam sprocket. dont forget to mark the front and back of the chain and sprocket on the intake side it is adjustable timing. good luck.
