Okay to bypass the aux. fan eng. temp. sensor?

As John has posted , the blu sensors job is not only the activation of the 105C coolant temp fan trigger..it is the main temp Input to the ACC panel..this controls other functions and one of the main concerns would be it controls comp cut-out at high coolant temp. Unplugging the sensor eliminates temp input to ACC.
I would also be concerned with a constantly running high fan .
