I have a 1985 300D Turbodiesel. I do not have an owners manual. What oil viscosity and type is listed in the owner's manual.

Southern climate...use a high grade 15-40.
Northern climate...use a high grade 5-30 in winter and 15-40 in the summer. Change it hot and change it often.
