Mirror Removal - W123 Passenger Door

I have a passenger door from a 1980 200D that has a manual mirror. How are these mirrors removed (inside and outside)?

Assuming it is the manual type:

There is a little square block on the handle, pry that off with a screwdriver and remove the handle.

Pry off the triangular trim piece.

3 phillips screws to remove the mirror.

Palangi,
Thanks....the handle had me a bit baffled, but it is quite simple. Before I removed it I was expecting that the block was a cover for a screw.
