2001 S500 driver's side mirror

Hey all, did a search but nothing showed up. My driver's side mirror on my S500 has turned a yellow color. Dealership wanted $600 to replace it and I said no way. Bought the glass online and wanted to make sure the correct way to remove the old glass and install the new without breaking something. The back of the glass just appears to have 2 tabs. Is there a secret to removing the old glass from my housing or does it just pop out?

Thanks!

If the back side of the glass has a big circle in it, it comes out like this:

Using the button on the console adjust the mirror so that the top of the mirror is closest to you. You will see a spring clip barely visible on top of the mirror.

Detach the mirror by using a thin screwdriver to pry the spring up, while gently pulling the top of the glass towards you. Disconnect the two heater wires.

To install the new mirror push the bottom of the circle in first, then the top.
