In need of advice...

I have a problem. My check engine light comes on and off periodically when I drive around 70-75 miles per hour. Yesterday while driving on the highway I hit maybe 75 miles per hour and my check engine light come on. When exited the highway I stopped at a red light my car starts to sputter and rock from side to side then turns off. I start the car back up and the only thing that remains wrong is the check engine lights on. Should I give this immediate attention? Please help me

You'll need to get the codes read. That will lead you to the problem. Autozone reads them for free....or if you have a OBDII you can read them yourself.
