2001 E320 window switch assembly
Guys, its me Dslbnz.
Have a 2001 E320 with window switches that are inoperative. It started as only the right rear, then the front right went out. Now the RF, RR, and LF are all out. I tried plugging in a unit from a '98 E320 and it acted the same way. So what else could it be? I thought the '98 + window switch assemblies (the horseshoe thing) were interchangeable? Thanks for your time and patience.

your descriptions:
"window switches are inoperative" "..and the front went out..." and "acted the same way" ....aren't clear. would be helpful to be more clinical in your description, eg noise, stuck up or down, PSE pump heard, etc and any unusual indications or patterns detected just prior.

I was going to say (actually did):
I think it could also be the convenience module, N10-1. But then remembered that you have window controllers attached to the rear regulators (my '96 does not). Those are more likely. |

OK.
Now the two front power seats no longer work. There is no draw. There is no power. Where is the N10-1 convenience module? Thanks.

N10-1 is at the very rear of the module box under the hood.
