Thanks mb doc/ Jim F!!

I just posted this on the other site: I got off the phone with a tech via 4mercedes.com. The rebuild eta and do extensive repairs on alot of 140's and 600 as well. Anyway, he mentioned the wire I used may be what the orig problem is. I would figure going larger would be the best..? Wrong. Because the it changes the reluctance of the potentiometer thus not giving the proper ohmic match. This makes sense. If I had used the 20-24 awg like Pete had mentioned, my units "may" haved worked. I have to send out the e-gas or EA module with both ETA's to FLa. and let them test all three unit in conjunction.
Where are the o-rings in the back. I never disturbed the hook ring when removing the plenum. . Funny, it leaked and then just stopped. I do know there are many coolant lines in the back. My car does have the pb with the led light. I thought this ended in 95...? Anyway, today I did pull codes 6 and 38. 6 is the ISC, so maybe the whole dam thing is open thus the LH mode. At least my t-chain and other work is unfaulted. Hey Jim! Did you go with 4mercedes.com for your eta..? And what did you pay if you don't mind me asking. Thanks!! PS. I also had a ham radio license in the ealy 80's KA3KWX was my # Man, I can still remember it. Was also RETS educated in Pa at the time
