Recently(3 months ago)ordered a new speedo cable. When ordering this cable I included the year, motor#, chasis# and vin#. These #'s were all required at time of ordering. The other day had nothing to do so I figured why not change the cable now. Disconnected the cable from the tranny first, pulled the dash, disconnected the cable from the cluster, wouldn't you know it, THE CABLE END TO THE CLUSTER IS DIFFERENT!! IS THIS POSSIBLE!! Have I waited too long to return this piece (PerformanceProducts)? Have I missed something? I included everything they asked for for identification purposes. Am I installing the cable wrong? I don't think so, though for returning purposes I hope so. I just want to change the dang thing.
