1994 C280 Vacuum Block

My dealer told me my C280 needed a vacuum block after diagnosis of CE light was P1700 code. Where is this located and is it a part I can replace myslef??

Very simple to replace. At the right rear of the engine area.

Under a plastic cover at the RIGHT rear of the engine area.

One more question, Doc. Do the vacuum connections snap in to the block?
