What can make the car seem extremely heavy and sluggish? M102 W124

Hi all,

Recently, I am experiencing bouts of power loss or feeling of an extremely heavy car. Kickdown is available.

What can possible let me have that feeling? Not carrying any manure or such. just a normal drive.

1) Ignition retart?
2) fuel pump on its way out?
3) Coil?
4) Lean mixture?
5) I know its not the air con

Thanks for any suggestions.

Always hope I can freeze someone with the aircon- Just change the compressor again, Subseal leaked with a psssssssss sound.
Its the NON-3 Pointed star items on my car that cost more to repair.$%^&%%*^&

A slipping transmission could do that if it is an Automatic.

Hi all,

just an update to this.

I change the EZL timing from N to S. And the Sluggishness is gone.

Everything is back to normal. What a difference it makes.

Only problem is that S setting will make my engine ping under load or kick down.

Will try to pump 98 octane and monitor. Currently using 95.
