1987 190E 2.3L
intermittently a/c climate system shuts off completely no blower motor or no a/c compressor. When we turn ignition off and then back on sometimes it starts working. When it works it might only work for a short time then it shuts off completely again We have replace electrical contact switch, the a/c push button control unit, klima relay. check all sensors, all check out within specs. any help would be much appreciated. thank you for your time, scott [Edited by bekelian on 07-09-2001 at 09:27 PM]

If the blower quits, how do you know if the rest of the system is working or not? I would check the blower motor and replace it if needed. It may be your whole problem.
