Unhappy Strange engine problem(90' 300CE-24V)

Last day when I drive to 110mph,the power was perform beating.
The situation likes 110mph->112mph->110mph,cant go through 112mph.
It feel like the power cut(or slip?)->recover repeatedly.
But the gearbox seems no problem, because it work well in low speed.
So what is the problem??

This situation happens in 110-112 mph(almost),rev speed is 3.5-4K(it's 4AT).

When accelerate during 0-110mph,it performed normally, the engine&gearbox works well.

So I really dont understand(My car is US version, does it matter??)

You said"fuel-cut",does this engine will do such thing like that?
Or you mean the fuel pump may risk?
But during 1st-3rd gear it all performed well, why??
