Thanks. It never gets that cold here however. Its not been below 0° for years and if it does, it would typically be a record smashing low. Our coldest temp last winter was 8°F and that was a record low.

Priced to sell? Puh huh... I called today and he said they are asking $9500. I asked the miles, he said 199K. I politely said "OK" and hung up.
