Another 1st gear start question
Does anyone have a good break down and location on the 1-2 command valve? I'm trying to help a friend that is wanting to reposition the spring for 1st gear starts.
I'm not sure if it's located on the K1 or K2 side?? |

The conversion is more then reposition one spring, and not all valve bodies can be modified for a first gear start in drive.

Hi Steve,
Thanks for the input! The individual was referring to the attached illustration but I guess it's not that easy. Have you moved out West yet?? |

I know, he called me about that modification. You moved the spring and you had a long flared shift, Right. It’s to hot out there, I love New York.
