As stated in the title-can plug gaskets be re-used? I never have but it seems some people do. Can they be purchased separately anywhere

I never in my life changed a spark plug gasket unless it was with the whole plug. You are the only persone I have ever heard of to replace these.

No I have no idea where to get them.

I've used indexing gaskets to index a plug in the head before. Speedway sells stuff like that. I've seen plug gaskets for sale, but have never changed one except when replacing plugs. Used to pull plugs to check the tune on carbs, never had a problem.
