1983 300SD REPLACEMENT SWITCH PART THAT CONTROLS BACK REST IS DIFFERENT FROM ORIGINAL, NEEDING A GROUND WIRE CONNECTION TO ENABLE POLARITY REVERSING ON ARMATURE LEADS. ANY INFORMATION AVAILABLE ON WIRING NECESSARY TO EFFECT PROPER OPERATION ? REGARDS R. MEACHAM roahme@home.com

The "color info chart" that comes with the plastic wiring connectors is for the LEFT side only. For the right side there is a bulletin for the correct color connections.
