4.2 vs 5.0

Hi there im runing now 4.2 engine from W140 in my racing offroad G klass with megasquirt 2 (only injection) but i broke 8-th cylinder piston and all conn.rod bearings.
I found 500 engine from E500 but without all 4 camshafts . My qiestion is can i put my camshafts from 4.2 in 5.0 ? have these engines have diferences in HEADS or diference is only in crankshaft and pistons and rods please tell me all diferences between these engines in numbers etc. piston in my is 92 cm piston in 500 is ...
also my exaust manifolds are custom (steel) can i put from 4.2 in 500 heads

If both engines are from the same time period they should work. ie: from 1992-95 or from 1996

thanks man and what is all diferences in these 2 engines what is pistons diameter in E500 are heads 1:1 in same years info for injectors i mean on 2 engines is 197.6 cc/min

Exquse me im long long away from english.
Another question is in what rpm variable valve timing is goeing on ( i mean 2500) and what corection in fuel/spark have from stock ECU and spark module thanks.

Have a look at the part numbers for the engine in these two pages;
E500 (M119.974);

thanks in these site the camshafts from 4.2 and 5.0 have no differences. Some help vith variable valve taminig ? pls
