We have a 79 450SEL that appears to have a leaky heater core (it was disconnected when we bought it). When we went to the wrecking yard, we saw a heater core - the dash had been removed - and it looked like a very involved job to get it out --- not to mention the dash removal! Anybody know any cool tricks to make this job easier??
Help! I am very mechanical, but don't know much about MB. Thanks, Troy |
The single best thing you can do is get the chassis manual for a 116 chassis. It really not "that" bad if you know what has to come out and were it goes when you put it back together.
