Thumbs up oil pan problems

hi.. i have a question on my 86 mercedes 300e my oil pan thread is strip, the drain plug wont get tight for nothing and now its leaking real bad. any ideals how i can fix this problem my driveway looks really bad thank you for your help guys.

Take it to your parts store. They sell a self tapping oversized oil drain plug.
