Anyone tried the Rain-X Lattitude wiper blade?

It looks interesting. Pricey at $20+ bucks for the whole blade. Kind of glad my car only has one wiper It looks like a departure from the standard blade design though. Any comments?

I havent tried it, but I have tried many different ones. I've always ended up going back to Bosch.

The Bosch equivalent would be the Icon.

What are the Rain X ones made out of? Is it silicone?

i'm cheap...frugal. I bought a 8 oz can of spray silicone for about $5 and
soaked my MB blade overnight. all chattering, squeaking, streaking stopped
and I've been using this same blade (heretofore embarrassingly vocal) for 3
yrs now. I clean and wipe down the blade with same silicone spray every
couple of months as a rejuvinating wipe down. guess it acts like moisterizer.

the two spare Bosch blades i bought to replace the bad blade are still sitting
in box, new.

Maybe you should soak these in silicone to preserve them until needed. Rubber just sitting there hardens as it ages.

i tried one

They makes huge wind noise at 60 MPH after one week.

Ive tried two a 24 inch and a 22 inch works well but vibrates at road speeds. Excessive noise on a MB, bad.
