No Brakes

Changed the rear Caliper on 500E to 95 SL600.
Added new rotors all around.
Added G-Ridge S/S Brakelines.
Purged each caliper.
Pedal travel / feel is lowsy. Absolutely no grab at rear.
I got the calipers off a 95SL600 at a dismantler.
They were on the car in a covered area.pads and all hardware still attached.
What am I missing?
Might the calipers be sticking, or could the MC be going / gone as a result of all the bleeding etc..
Anybody already did this. I'm going to swap back the OE rear lines and rebleed till I'm blue in the facre
