Small Black Box w/ 2 fuse holders...

Small Black Box w/ 2 fuse holders...

Its on the left shock tower behind the shock top mount and to the inside of the fusebox/relay panel.
There are 2 fuse holders inside ( I found only 1 with a white 8 am fuse installed when I opened it).
What is it? couldn't find squat in benzbible
Is white 8 amp fuse correct?
Should both fuse holders be filled, if so what amperage?

Inquiring minds want to know...
