Belt tensioner

What tool is needed to release tension on 2003 C240 belt tensioner? I sort of looks like a Torx.

The V6 Mono belt tensioner uses a 16MM Socket off to the side of the Tensioner there is a 16MM HEX in the casting ..DO NOT USE the TORX on the pulley
