it means that your engine management system has spent all the addative capability is has to correct most likely a lean mixture. Proper diagnostics require looking at the adaptive values. Or you could throw an air mass meter at it. Does it fall on its face above 4000rpms full throttle? If it doesn't try clearing the adaptations and try it again. Your system has teh ability to add 32% more fuel than the algorithym would calculate from the inputs it receives.

That is a lot of fuel. It it weren't so dynamic it almost could run with no inputs and only adaptation. Marvelously adaptable, but there are limits.
