Unhappy 92 190E 2.6 Sport Line Tension pulley

Can anyone offer some advise? I have to replace the tension pulley and shock. Where can I find detailed instructions and diagrams on how to do this? My dealer wanted over 800 USD to do this job and I said no way. So now I have to do. Can I purchase the parts discounted on line somewhere?
Please any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks..
