5 spd 190E
Does anyone know if an 86 W201 190E 2.3 could have had a 5 speed stick shift in US trim or would that be a Euro import? I know the diesels had them but the one I'm considering is a gasser.

U.S. versions came with a 5 speed in diesel, 8 valve gas and 16 valve gas - http://www.fueleconomy.gov/feg/findacar.htm

190E 2.3 are the most common version of the w201/W124 manual trans.
