1994 C22o Cranking Help

My 94 C220 Is Not Cranking, I Was Told It Might Be A Neutral Safety Switch I Cant Even Find It Or The Alarm System, I Am Not Getting Power To The Ignition Switch Not Sure What This Means Besides Its Not Cranking, Before When It Did This You Could Slam The Hood Or Kick The Front Bumber And It Would Start Any Ideas Would Be Great. I Am New To Mercedes And Have A Hard Time Locating Everything On This Car. Thanks

Listen to Arthur.

You're certain the battery is charged?

The NSS is in the shifter console. Engage parking brake, put foot on brake, shift to N and try to start. If starts, NSS needs adjustment or is bad.

I Was Told It Might Be An factory Alarm, The Lights Will Flash Like An Alarm But There Is No Sound .Is There A Fuse To Disable It ?To See If It Is The Starter Interlock Or A Way To Bypass It To See If Thats The Problem.

My question is do the headlamps stay ON when you go to the Start position ??????
This is a battery cable connector TEST.

headlights only come on in the start position if you manually turn them on.

Yes...that is how you test the battery connections..you turn the headlamps ON and then try the starter..if the headlamps go out when the starter circuit tries to engage, then you have a bad connection at the battery..it is just a test, but you passs that one.
The problem is the Alarm is Armed and causing Starter Interlock..
Open/close all doors and make sure all locks are off.
The suspect is K38 relay feed , which is fuse 5 or 6 ..test fuses with a 12v lamp on BOTH sides of fuse ..that is why we ask that you spin them in their holders..they can look fine , but have a poor connection on the ends.
Retry

The K38 relay is either hanging up due to alarm being On or lack of power b/c of poor contact of fuse feed...
I would clean all fuses and make sure alarm arm light is working.
