The security alarm on my E420 is malfunctioning. It goes off randomly for no apparent reason. I would like to be able to lock the car without having the horn and lights going off. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The computer is located under the passenger floor panel.

IF you dis-connect that computer you will have to bypass the starter relay or the engine won't crank.
