Thinking ahead, I guess
Does your temperature gauge get up to 180?
Thinking your thermostat may need to be changed... Thermostat change on a 380SE isn't rocket science... Has to do mine, too... When I get into the Mr Badwrench mode...

monovalve
As cdplayer says, this problem is caused by a faulty monovalve.
