URGENT help! W124 Seats

Hey everyone,

I have a '95 E420 and I'm having problems with my driver's side adjustable seat unit. The rear 'up and down' function on the seat control only activates the left side of the seat so when I try and adjust the seat down, the seat goes down at an angle on one side. Initially I thought it was the cable from the motor but after ordering the part and completely pulling the seat I've realized that it's not the problem. Now my car is out of commission and I need to get it back together for work in the morning. Could someone please give me some direction on it? It looks like it's the front motor that powers the rear up and down function but I'm not sure if there is a linkage or what that transfers motion to the right hand side of the seat (opposite the motors).

Thanks in advance for any help you can give me!!
