86 300 e rear brakes sticking HELP

i have an 86 300 e and the rear pads keep on wearing out in like two months time. when this happens the pedal gets spongy. is it possible that both calipers are sticking or is tjeir another problem. also can the calipers be rebuilt or is that to comlicated. and does that work.
thanks

The calipers will probably have to be rebuilt or replaced.
