Has enyone encountered PBR Deluxe advanced Ceramic Technology pads?
I ordered PBR Deluxe (presumably Deluxe Plus organic) pads for the rear of my SL and received something called "PBR Performance Brake Pads".
They are in a green box and are marked as "Deluxe advanced Ceramic Technology Performance Brake Pads." I recall that PBR suddenly changed the "Deluxe" product line to be "Deluxe Plus" a few years ago. Those were organic pads with relatively low dust and I have been satisfied with them. Now, I get "Ceramic Technology" pads. Have they changed the standard product once again, or did I just happen onto a ceramic pad when I was expecting organic?

Sounds like shipping error to me. I'd give them a try.

I certainly do plan to try them!
I thought their ceramic line was called "Ultimate Ceramic" and did not include the word "Deluxe"... If they work well, don't squeak, and are good on the dust, I will be happy with the change! BTW, my preferred ceramic pad is the Akebono Euro, but they don't offer them for many of the older cars like my '92's. They do offer rears for my 92's, but not the fronts. I now have them on all 4 corners of my 220 series.
