W203 vacuum leak

Hey guys!
So I'm trying to help someone with their 2006 2.5 with 197,xxx miles. They get the p0171 and p0174 codes. I've been reading for the past week and it could be a multitude of things: MAF, o2 sensors, bad seam in the intake, cracked hose or the intake runner shaft seal. MAF and wideband o2 sensors seem responsive on live data but I cleaned the MAF anyway.

While I was checking over things, I could hear the leak. I sprayed carb cleaner around just under the actuator for the driver side intake runner, pictured in the link inside the yellow box.

My question is, that looks like a vacuum port right under the drivers side actuator. Can anyone confirm that is vacuum and what it goes to? I can't see it in the car but I'll remove the secondary air pump and look and see if anything is cracked. Also, has anyone had an experience where the actuator itself is the cause of the leak?
Lady is super nice, retired, fixed income and I'm just trying to save a couple bucks for her. I would feel like crap if I tossed a manifold on and come to fin out it's just a vacuum hose. Thanks guys!
