1987 300E , Brake Problems? master cylinder or brake calipers?

Hey all, I need some input, ive been working on the brakes for a while now. second set of brake pads replaced in 2 months. Its just bad now, i dont drive it, my wife drives the car just to and from work.


The Problem is the brakes is always clamped on while driving, almost dont even have to step on the brakes if approaching a stop light.

At first, i thought ok it was the abs sensor, or i didnt bleed the brakes right after doing the brake job.

Dont know if the master cylinder is bad or the calipers.
