Follow instructions to retreive actual values (#1-8) and AC fault codes and post that data.

Write those down, then press the left AUTO button. Repeat as needed.

Those look normal for a quiescent system. It's easier to read if you preference the values by their index, e.g. 1-33, 2-31, etc.

I would suspect a fuse, wiring problem, or perhaps the K40 relay module.

Matt - Would #24 Batt Voltage have any bearing on the compressor cutting in and out at idle? Low idle = lower volts?

Jeyrl - No fault codes opn the second test? "eb xxxx" format for example?

Good question, TM. It would be worth monitoring that setting while driving.

You can do that. It will revert from current-sensor readout mode when you turn the key to position zero.

Low Voltage condition.....check the voltage regulator on the alternator.
Easy to change.

I might have a similar problem (although the radio is not affected, but mine is rewired and aftermarket). My symptoms: when it is really hot outside (over 95) and the car has been sitting in the sun, the ac will turn off and back on when I slow down or brake hard. I can see the ac display flicker, and it resets itself to the temperature and fan speed I had when I first turn on the car (I guess there is some type of memory).
Long and short, what solves the problems is to disconnect and reconnect the instrument cluster. There seems to be a bad contact that misbehaves when the inside of the car is really hot. I never figured out which contact or which wire, or if the cluster needs to be replaced altogether. But, apparently, there is a ground that must be misbehaving (or at least that was my best diagnosis).
