what do these two relay's control?
what does the light control relay that is in the engine relay box behind the fuse box do versus the light control relay that is behind the instrument cluster do?

The long one in the fuse box turns on the bulb failure light.

so, would one of them failing potentially cause some dash button lights to stay on all the time, ie, even when the lights switch is off and the key is out of the ignition?
