It's doughtful but check with the MB dealer to make sure and have the VIN # ready.

No! the 1998 E320 uses part number 210 540 94 47. The 1997 E420 uses 210 540 25 48, & both have to be programmed with HHT or star diagnostic LAP TOP.On all of these newer cars the instrument cluster has interface with other computers in the car
