CLK 320 - I just replaced the battery on this car and the alarm keeps going off. I have reset all recommended and it has not helped. Can you provide assistance.

If you have a mechanical (actual) key, try locking the Driver's door and then
unlocking.
If you have a remote lock/unlock with the buttons.

(This is just a stab in the dark...I know nothing about your model's reset)
For some reason the alarm is "Set" (turned on) and it thinks you're trying to steal the car.
