I have a 96 C280 with a Bosch Xenon headlight kit (From the euro C43) When I turn the headlights on one light blinks once and stay off, the other works fine. Because there is no filament in a xenon bulb how can I tell if the bulb is bad or if its the ballast? The headlights have been working fine for about 6 years.
