I searched around for old articles (even went back to threads from 99

) but I am still trying to gather a consensus on H&R springs versus Eibach springs. From what I could tell, most people prefer Eibach over H&R because they ride a little bit higher than the H&R's and does not screw up the car alignment. I'm looking for testimonials on either of these springs and what I should do/avoid for my 1987 300E. I am looking to eliminate the wheel gap and was wondering which springs to install so I won't have unnecessary tire wear. Woa, this is kind of a long post, but I would appreciate any advice and comments. Thanks.
