On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being difficult...replacing accumulators on that car would be a 2.
No real danger, start by opening tha bleeder on the leveling valve OR just break the line loose to the cell. Depending on your AREA (salt on roads in winter), the lines can have a lot of rust & might even require replacement.
