M104 cylinder head pin difficult to reinstall. Tips?
It was hard enough getting the pin out but now I cant get the damnned thing back in. I've got it about 2-3mm inside the timing cover so far.

Just take a hammer and carefully tap it back in. A brass or copper hammer would be ideal. Make sure its clean and use some light lube.
