Hestitation at Load

My 1980 450 SL hesitates when I press the throttle to accelerate then it goes OK. It sounded that is starving for fuel and I can hear the pump buzzing. I took it to the MB dealer who suggested replacing the warm up regulator. I replaced the warm up regulator, the fuel accumulator and the fuel filter. I also cleaned the fuel pump. It solved the problem and the car responded well only for one month. Now the problem is back and I wonder if the fuel distributor in blocked with dirt. A bit of a history about the car, it was sitting in a garage for 5 years before I bought it. The tank and the injectors were professionally cleaned; however, none of the other parts of the injection system were replaced. Does anyone have any thought of what causing this problem? Can the warm up regulator be by passed? Would replacing the fuel distributor solve the problem? Does the throttle sensor have anything to do with this problem?
Thank you.
