2000 E320 wagon wheel bearing replacement estimate

Trying to get a general idea of what it is going to cost me to fix my wheel bearing - front passenger side.

Also trying to understand how it "broke". I was driving on the interstate at about 70 mph and felt like I blew a tire. Any idea how it "broke"?
