Softer ride in rear wanted

I have some 3 year old (buy the receipt) Bilstein HD shocks all around. 75% of the time I am alone in the car, around town. The front feels good, but the rear is too stiff. I was researching shocks, and read about the Monroe (#39001) Sensa-Trac (approx $40 ea). I am wondering if they are a softer ride for the rear than the ones on it now.

Anyone tried them??

I put Sensa-Tracs on a '96 Impala SS.

HATED THEM. They have their own idea of what your ride should be, and it didn't match well with the design of the suspension. Mushy, and not terribly predictable. Your mileage may vary.

I got nearly 250,000 miles out of the original MB shocks on my 81 300SD. Replaced them with regular Bilsteins and have been very satisfied. Just the front ones, the back ones are still stock at 255K miles. This car is amazing. Had it for 24 years and the only thing I have replaced is the tranny at 125K and the AC compressor (did it myself) about three years ago.
