Valve spring compressor

Has anyone ever used the KD 3087 valve spring compressor? http://www.usatoolsinc.com/index.asp?PageAction=VIEWPROD&ProdID=17324 I have a 1991 420sel (M116). I saw the 123-0361 compressor which we recommend, however the KD3087 is 1/3 the price. Any comments?
