Ther were 4 production changes to the wiring and fuse for the blower on 300E chassis. .., so comparing anyones car to the posters can be incorrect .. He has a '87 300E..That had the change mid-year to the link fuse. Before that change , the fuse was in the box , and after that there was a modification kit just outaide the fuse box. Then the link on the strut tower.
The ACC Control panel fuse has nothing to do wiith the blower load power ..it is simple power feed to the CP , no blower motor load.
