C36 Amg Changed instrument bulbs now i a 3 problems

I replaced 2 bulbs 1 for the clock 1 for the outside temp. Now car will only start in neutral the srs light is on and there is a brown wire with a white stripe coming out of wiring harness on right with a little metal pin on the end not connected to anything. Are problems all related or are they separate problems.

I'd have to say that the starting and SRS are unrelated problems, though without a diagram in font of me I'd say that either could be realted to the mystery wire. I'd start by figuring out where it belongs and then see what is fixed by fixing the wire.
